2. No Refund Policy
- The Visa Horizons maintains a strict No Refund Policy under normal circumstances.
- Clients are not eligible for refunds under any condition unless a proven error has been made by the company in the documentation or paperwork.
- Payments once made toward any immigration service, language training, job assistance, or licensing preparation are non-refundable, whether or not the process is completed or the visa is granted.
3. Cancellation Terms
Clients may request a cancellation of their process at any stage by submitting a written request via email to support@thevisahorizons.com
Cancellation will be honored without any refund.
Voluntary withdrawal by the client does not entitle them to any refund, whether partial or full.
No cancellation is valid unless it is submitted in writing and acknowledged by our team.

- If The Visa Horizons is found to have committed a verifiable error in the client’s paperwork or documentation, which directly affects the outcome of the visa or application process.
- In such rare cases, clients must raise a written request within 15 days of the incident, along with valid proof.
- If approved, refunds will be processed within 30 business days of confirmation, and will be issued through the original mode of payment.
5. Non-Refundable Charges
- Fees paid to third-party authorities, including government bodies, educational institutions, language testing agencies, or other external entities, are non-refundable under all circumstances.
- The Visa Horizons does not hold responsibility for delays, rejections, or issues arising due to external bodies or client non-compliance.
6. Dispute Resolution
Any disagreements or issues regarding refunds or cancellations must be addressed by contacting our official support team. In the event of an unresolved dispute, matters will be subject to applicable Indian laws and jurisdiction.
7. Policy Amendments
